1:1 Freelance Consultation

When I first decided to become a freelance writer, I was told to reach out to other writers for their advice. I decided to reach out to a well-known freelance writer who wrote for many publications, and to my dismay, she responded rather quickly. However, she said that if I wanted any tips, I’d have to sign up for her $1,500 program. I preferred to pay for rent.

Since then, that has irked me. Why did I have to sell an arm and a leg to get into the business I love? Everyone has a voice, and you shouldn’t have to be in the top tax bracket to get it heard.

Within less than six months, I found myself writing for my dream publications like Cosmopolitan, POPSUGAR, Real Simple, and so much more. I was getting countless shares, had my articles on number one trending on the sites, and notoriety. Now I’m a frequent contributor for sites like SheKnows, Well+Good, Buzzfeed, Apartment Therapy, and more.

I know this can be you too.

After being asked multiple times for consultation, I decided to make it official. I want to be your guide and a resource in this insane industry.  Below are three options for a phone consultation. And in the end of each one, I’ll send a follow-up email with everything discussed on the phone call and resources for finding work.

 Testimonials:

“I could never have gotten started as a freelancer without Delilah Gray. She made everything so simple. The amount of information and material was phenomenal and very easy to follow and she was always available to answer any questions and offer great tips.  I’m so thankful and happy and would definitely recommend her service to anyone considering a career or side hustle in freelancing!”

“Delilah Gray is not only an incredible writer, but a supportive, communicative and all around helpful freelance consultant…. During this call I learned more about the freelance lifestyle and opportunities than I ever could’ve doing a google search, (which had been my initial plan). Delilah explained how she researched and found numerous opportunities, recommended places, companies and strategies where I could look for work and even offered her own resources to use and gain inspiration from…. I am so thankful Delilah was able and willing to speak to me as I credit the beginning of my profession's writing career to her.”
